Introducing our new dental membership plan at Wilhoite Family Dental! This plan is designed for individuals without insurance or those who are dissatisfied with their current dental insurance. Adults and Children Membership
- 2 preventive cleanings
- 2 doctor exams
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- 2 fluoride treatments to help prevent future cavities
- 1 set (4) of cavity detecting x-rays
- 1 full mouth x-ray (Panoramic X-ray) every 3 years
- 1 urgent care visit: exam and all necessary x-rays
- Any 3-D x-rays needed
Periodontal Disease Management Membership
- 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings
- 2 doctor exams
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- Up to 4 fluoride treatments to help prevent future cavities
- 1 set (4) of cavity detecting x-rays
- 1 full mouth x-ray (Panoramic X-ray) every 3 years
- 1 urgent care visit: exam and all necessary x-rays
- Any 3-D x-rays needed
Members will also enjoy a 15% discount on all dental treatments recommended for their dental health at Wilhoite Family Dental. This discount encompasses a wide range of services, including but not limited to diagnostic x-rays, emergency exams, endodontics (root canals), restorations and fillings, tooth extractions, crowns and bridges, dentures, partials, implants, and periodontics (gum therapy).
A 5% discount is applicable for clear aligner orthodontics (Invisalign) if the full payment is made before commencing the treatment. The membership remains active for precisely one year following sign-up and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that any unused cleanings cannot be carried over to subsequent years, even if the program is renewed.

How It Works
An annual membership fee is required for each individual enrolled in the program, and the benefits take effect immediately upon enrollment.
Please note that this membership savings plan is not insurance and cannot be combined with insurance. It is exclusively valid at Wilhoite Family Dental.
Hygiene visits must be scheduled at the office where the plan was purchased. If a specialist referral is needed, they will not accept this discount plan.
The membership plan is compatible with health savings accounts, flex spending accounts, and health reimbursement plans.
Please be aware that the membership cannot be purchased through third-party financing. However, third-party financing options can be utilized for dental treatment. Care Credit is also accepted for dental treatment, but due to merchant fees, the membership rate is reduced to 5% instead of the standard 15% discount.
The membership plan is non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided if the patient chooses not to use their dental plan or fails to schedule appointments in a timely manner before the plan expires.
Payment for services is expected at the time of service. The membership plan exclusively covers dental services and does not include products.
